These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our platform, tools, and services (collectively referred to as the “Platform”). By signing up, creating an account, or using any part of Saauzi, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please refrain from using our services.
These Terms comply with Nepali laws, including the Electronic Transactions Act (2063 BS) and other relevant regulations. For more information about Nepal’s legal framework, visit the Ministry of Communication and Information Technology.
Saauzi is designed for SMBs, startups, and entrepreneurs who want to thrive in the digital age. Our Business Operating System (BOS) is your digital Swiss Army knife—offering everything from e-commerce to inventory management, POS, CRM, accounting, and more.
You may use Saauzi if you:
Are 18 years or older,
Represent a legally registered business, or
Have the authority to act on behalf of one.

When signing up, you agree to:
Provide accurate business and contact details,
Keep your login credentials secure, and
Be responsible for any activity under your account.
We may suspend or close accounts that misuse the Platform or violate these Terms. For best practices on account and app security, check out OWASP Secure Coding Practices.
You can use the Platform to:
Run your online store,
Sell legal products or services, and
Connect with verified third-party services.
You may not:
Sell prohibited, counterfeit, or illegal goods,
Harass, defraud, or mislead others,
Upload viruses or malicious code, or
Violate Nepali laws.

We offer free and paid plans. Key terms:
All prices exclude VAT.
Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled.
Payments are non-refundable unless stated in our Refund Policy.

You own everything you upload—product info, images, customer data, etc. You grant us permission to use it only for operating your store.
Make sure your content is legal and respects copyrights or trademarks. For more, refer to the Intellectual Property Rights Laws of Nepal or the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO).
All software, content, features, and branding on the Saauzi Platform are our intellectual property. You may not:
Reproduce, modify, or reverse-engineer any part of our software,
Use our name, logo, or design without written permission.
We integrate with third-party services. While we aim for smooth experiences, we’re not responsible for their performance.

You can cancel your account via your dashboard.
Your store and data will be deleted within 30 days.
If backups are enabled, they may be retained for a limited period.
We may terminate your account if you breach Terms or laws.
For data and tax record retention, refer to the IRD Guidelines.
Saauzi is provided “as is.” We are not liable for:
Data loss or corruption,
Revenue or profit loss,
Downtime caused by third-party services, or
Misuse of the Platform.

If your use of Saauzi results in legal claims, you agree to protect and cover any damages, losses, or legal fees Saauzi might incur.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Disputes will be handled in courts within Kathmandu.
