New in Saauzi: Projects, CRM, HRM and Apps Picked for Your Industry

Saauzi began at the counter: billing, stock, an online store and a cash book on one catalog. But many businesses don't sell from a shelf. An agency sells hours, a contractor sells projects, a property agent sells deals, and all of them have a team to look after.

On 12 September 2026 Saauzi released three new apps, Projects, CRM and HRM, and a new way to start: you pick your industry at sign-up, and Saauzi switches on the apps that business needs. Here is what's new, who each app is for and how to begin.

What's new at a glance

Everything runs on one platform, in any browser. That is the point of an ERP: one system instead of a pile of separate tools, as our plain-English guide to ERP for small businesses explains.

Projects: for teams that sell their time

Projects is for agencies, consultancies, studios and contractors. Each project has a client, a status, dates, a budget, and hourly or fixed-price billing. Tasks sit on a board (to do, in progress, done), each with an owner on your team and a due date. Hours go into timesheets as billable or non-billable, and you invoice the client from the project, with discount and taxes. Our guide to Saauzi Projects, timesheets and client invoicing walks through a worked example.

CRM: for anyone who chases deals

CRM is for businesses that win work through conversations, from agencies pitching retainers to property agents. Each lead carries a contact, company, source, deal value, owner and expected close date, and moves through stages you manage, ending in won or lost. You log notes, calls, meetings and tasks on each lead. Read more in Saauzi CRM: a simple sales pipeline for small businesses.

HRM: for a growing team

HRM is for any business that has outgrown a leave register and a folder of CVs. You keep departments and an employee profile for each person, with job title, employment type, join date, emergency contact, salary on record and status. A manager approves or rejects each leave request. Job openings go on a public careers page, and applicants move from applied through screening, interview and offer to hired or rejected. The Saauzi HRM guide to employees, leave and hiring has the detail.

Pick your industry, get the right apps

At sign-up you choose your industry and Saauzi switches on its apps. You can install others later from the hub.

POS Shop, POS Restaurant and taxes

POS Shop is the retail counter. POS Restaurant handles floors and tables, table orders, KOT to the kitchen, reservations, and split and merged bills, with menu items that carry options such as half and full portions.

Enter your VAT or tax rate once in Settings and it applies across the apps, with multiple taxes on the paid plan. Bills and invoices print your business's own name, address and PAN/VAT number.

What the new apps don't do

Each app is deliberately simple. HRM has no payroll or salary processing and no attendance or shift rostering. CRM has no email or calendar sync, automations or marketing campaigns. Projects has no estimates, document management or client portal. If you depend on those, a broader suite or a specialist tool is the better choice.

How to start, and what it costs

Sign up, pick your industry, and start with the app that hurts most: often Projects for a services firm, or CRM for a sales-led business. Your first app is free forever. One flat subscription unlocks every Saauzi app, the new ones included: NPR 1,500 per user per month or NPR 12,000 per user per year, or US$20 and US$200 internationally, with no commission on sales. See the Saauzi pricing page.

FAQ

Do Projects, CRM and HRM cost extra?

No. The same flat subscription covers every Saauzi app, and your first app is free forever.

I run a shop. Can I use CRM or HRM too?

Yes. You can install any other app later from the hub.

Does HRM run payroll?

No. HRM keeps salary on record in each profile, but it does not process payroll or pay salaries.

Is there a mobile app?

Saauzi runs in any browser on a laptop, tablet or phone, so there is nothing to download from an app store.

Whether you bill by the hour, chase deals or manage a team, you can now run that work on one platform. Start with one Saauzi app free and add the next app when you need it.
