Run the counter, the godown and the online shop from one screen

A kirana, a general store, a stationery shop or a mini-mart lives on speed at the counter and honesty in the stock register. Saauzi gives you barcode billing that keeps a queue moving, stock that drops the second you sell, and an online store that sells the same inventory without a second entry anywhere.

Works on the laptop you already have. Thermal printer and barcode scanner optional.

The real problem

What slows this business down

Today

The stock register says one thing, the shelf says another.

On Saauzi

Every counter sale and every online order reduces the same inventory, so there is only one number to trust.

Today

A queue builds while you type product names by hand.

On Saauzi

Scan a barcode or type three letters, tap, tender, print. Held bills let you park a customer who forgot the milk.

Today

Internet drops and billing stops.

On Saauzi

The counter keeps taking sales offline and syncs everything the moment the line comes back.

Today

Nobody knows what today actually earned until the shutter is down.

On Saauzi

Live takings, best sellers and slow movers sit on the dashboard, and every sale posts itself into Cashbook.

How it runs

A working day, start to close

  1. Morning

    Open and check

Open the counter, see yesterday closing, and glance at the low-stock list before the supplier van arrives.

  2. All day

    Bill without thinking

Scan, discount if you must, take cash or a wallet, print or send the receipt. Park a bill and resume it when the customer comes back.

  3. Anytime

    Take the online order

An order from your website lands in the same order list, priced from the same catalog, stock already reserved.

  4. Evening

    Close and know

Today total, per-staff sales and the cash you should be holding, without exporting anything to a spreadsheet.

Billing built for a queue

The counter screen is one-hand fast on purpose. Barcode or quick-search, quantity, discount, tender, done — no page reload between customers, no training manual to hand a new helper.

  • Barcode scan and three-letter product search
  • Per-item or whole-bill discount
  • Split a bill across cash, card and wallet
  • Hold a bill and resume it later

One stock number, not three

Counter, godown and website read the same inventory. Sell a crate at the shop and the website stock drops in the same second, so you never sell what is already gone.

  • Shared catalog across counter and website
  • Low-stock alerts before you run dry
  • Multiple outlets in one view
  • Purchases and suppliers tracked in the same place

Keeps working when the line does not

Nepal internet is not a promise. Saauzi keeps billing during a drop and pushes everything up once you are back, so a bad connection never becomes a lost sale or a missing entry.

  • Offline billing at the counter
  • Automatic sync on reconnect
  • No re-typing the bills you took offline

Receipts that pass, books that match

Print a VAT-ready bill with your PAN details on a thermal printer, or send it to the customer phone. Each sale files itself against your books, so the counter and the accounts never drift apart.

  • VAT and PAN on every bill
  • Thermal and A4 printing
  • Digital receipt to phone
  • Auto-posted to Cashbook
Payments & delivery

Getting paid, and getting it there

The counter and the website can accept different things and call them different names — a wallet QR taped to your counter does not have to read the same as the button on your website.

FAQ

Questions Retail & Grocery owners ask

Do I need a barcode scanner and a thermal printer to start?

No. Saauzi runs in a browser on the laptop, tablet or phone you already have, and you can search products by name. If you plug in a scanner or a thermal printer later, it will use them.

Can I run more than one shop on one account?

Yes. Each outlet keeps its own stock and its own sales, and everything rolls up into one view so you can compare shops without logging in twice.

What happens to a sale I make while the internet is down?

It is billed and stored locally, then synced automatically when you are back online. You do not re-enter anything.

Will my website and my counter fight over the same stock?

No, because there is only one stock. A counter sale and a website order draw from the same inventory record, which is what stops overselling.

Do I have to sell online to use the POS?

No. Start with the counter alone. The online store is there when you want it, and it uses the products you have already entered.

Can my staff use it without me training them for a week?

That is the design goal. The counter screen is one screen. Most shopkeepers hand it to a new helper the same day, and you can limit what each staff account is allowed to see.
