From the table to the kitchen to the bill, without a single shouted order

A restaurant does not sell products, it runs a floor. Saauzi Restaurant POS is built around that: open a table, take the order, fire it to the kitchen, mark it served, settle the bill — and the same menu quietly powers takeaway and online ordering so you are not maintaining two menus.

Menu, tables and printing set up in an afternoon. No per-order commission.

The real problem

What slows this business down

Today

Orders reach the kitchen as shouted words and torn paper.

On Saauzi

Fire the order to the kitchen from the table screen. What was ordered, for which table, in writing.

Today

Table 6 asks for the bill and nobody can remember the third round.

On Saauzi

The table holds a running order all night. Add to it any time, then settle the whole thing in one tap.

Today

The online menu is three weeks behind the printed one.

On Saauzi

One menu drives the floor and your website, so a price change is a single edit.

Today

Nobody knows if today was good until the cash is counted at midnight.

On Saauzi

Live takings by shift, plus every settled bill posting itself to your books.

How it runs

A working day, start to close

  1. 1

    Seat and open

Tap the table. It opens with a clean running order that stays live until you settle it.

  2. 2

    Take and fire

Add items from the menu, then fire to the kitchen. The kitchen gets the order in writing instead of over the noise.

  3. 3

    Serve and add

Mark items served as they leave the pass. The second round goes on the same table order, not a new one.

  4. 4

    Settle and print

Choose how they are paying — cash, wallet QR or card — print the bill, and the table is free again.

The floor, on one screen

Every table shows its state at a glance: free, running, waiting on the kitchen, ready to settle. A new waiter can read the floor in a minute instead of a shift.

  • Open a running order per table
  • Add rounds without starting a new bill
  • See which tables are waiting on food
  • Cancel or move an order when plans change

Kitchen gets it in writing

Fire to Kitchen turns the table order into a kitchen ticket, so the line cooks from a list and not from memory. Mark Served closes the loop when the plate leaves.

  • Fire to kitchen from the table screen
  • Mark items served as they go out
  • Fewer wrong plates on a busy night
  • The bill matches what was actually eaten

One menu, three channels

Dine-in, takeaway and your online ordering page all read the same menu and the same prices. Change the momo price once and it changes everywhere, including the website.

  • Menu categories and items in one place
  • Same prices on the floor and online
  • Turn an item off when it runs out
  • No second menu to maintain

Takeaway and delivery that keep their own name

Online orders arrive in the same list your floor staff already watch. You can also give each payment method its own name online — a QR that reads "Fonepay QR" on the website can read "Counter QR" on the POS.

  • Online orders in the same queue
  • Cash on delivery or pay-first with a QR
  • Per-channel payment names
  • Delivery charge by city zone

FAQ

Questions Restaurants & Cafés owners ask

Is this different from the normal Saauzi POS?

Yes. The Restaurant app is built around tables and kitchen flow — running orders, fire to kitchen, mark served, settle — rather than a one-shot retail counter. Restaurants get it pre-installed.

Can I take orders on a phone at the table?

Yes. It runs in the browser, so a waiter can carry a phone or a tablet, and the same order appears on the counter screen.

Do I need a separate kitchen printer?

No. Fire to Kitchen works on screen. If you add a kitchen printer later you can print the ticket instead.

Do we pay commission on online orders?

No. Saauzi is a flat subscription. What the customer pays for the food is yours — there is no cut per order, unlike the delivery aggregators.

Can I run two outlets with one menu?

Yes. Each outlet keeps its own tables, staff and takings, and you can keep the menu consistent across them.

What about the daily cash count?

Every settled bill posts into Cashbook with the payment method, so the takings you should have in the drawer are already written down before you count it.
