Your floor, your kitchen and your bills — on one screen
Lay out your tables, take the order at the table, and it prints in the kitchen the moment you fire it. Menus with add-ons, live table status, bills you can split and merge at the table, and takings that land in your books without anyone typing them twice.
Runs per branch — each outlet keeps its own floor plan and menu.
See the whole floor
Every table, every floor, colour-coded free or busy — at a glance from the counter.
Orders reach the kitchen
Fire an order and the ticket lands on the kitchen screen, split by station.
A menu that fits your kitchen
Sections, dishes, prep times and add-ons like extra cheese or no onion.
Split & merge bills
Move dishes onto a second bill when a group pays separately — or merge them back.
Tables and floor plan you set up yourself
Build your floors — Ground, Rooftop, Garden — and put your tables on them with the seats each one holds. The floor plan shows what is free, what is occupied and what is being cleaned, so a waiter never has to walk the room to find out. Got a second branch? It keeps its own floors and tables; nothing crosses over.
- Your own floors, areas & table names
- Live free / occupied / cleaning status
- Seat count & location per table
- Separate floor plan per branch
KOT straight to the kitchen
Take the order at the table and fire it. The kitchen order ticket appears on the kitchen display in seconds, grouped by station — hot kitchen, cold, drinks, bar, dessert — so each section sees only its own work. Cooks mark a ticket started, then ready, and the floor knows to pick it up. No paper chits, no shouting, no lost orders.
- Fire to kitchen in one tap
- Tickets split by station
- Started → ready → picked up tracking
- Prep time per dish so timing is realistic
Menu with options and add-ons
Organise the card into sections, add each dish with its price, photo, prep time and kitchen station, and tag it veg, spicy or anything else you use. Add-ons carry their own price change — extra cheese +50, no onion +0 — so the bill is right without the waiter doing sums. Mark a dish unavailable the moment it runs out and it stops being orderable straight away.
- Sections, dishes, photos & tags
- Add-ons and options with their own price
- Kitchen station & prep time per dish
- One tap to mark a dish sold out
Split a bill, or merge them back
When a group wants to pay separately, move their dishes onto a bill of their own — a whole line, or two of the four momos. Changed their mind? Merge the bills back into one. The kitchen is never re-fired: the tickets follow the food, so cooks see the same work, not a new order at the pass. Each bill takes its own discount, service charge and VAT, and the table only frees up when the last one is paid.
- Split whole dishes or part of a line
- Merge bills back into one
- Kitchen is never re-fired on a split
- Per-bill discount, service charge & VAT

Common questions
Do I need a kitchen printer to use the KOT?
No. The kitchen display runs in any browser — put an old tablet or laptop in the kitchen and tickets appear there live. If you do have a thermal printer, you can print instead.
Can each branch have its own menu and tables?
Yes. Floors, tables and the menu all belong to a branch, so one outlet can run a bar while another does breakfast only. Sales and reports are per branch too — no more shared totals.
Can two people at the same table pay separately?
Yes. Open the bill, press Split, and move their dishes onto a bill of their own — you can move a whole dish or just some of it. Each bill is then settled on its own, and the table frees up when the last one is paid. If they change their mind, Merge puts the bills back together.
Does splitting a bill send the order to the kitchen again?
No. The food is already cooking, so nothing is re-fired. The kitchen tickets simply move with the dishes, keeping the times they were sent and started, so the kitchen screen shows the same work under the right bill.
How do add-ons like "extra cheese" work?
Each dish can carry its own list of add-ons with a price change — extra cheese +50, no onion +0. The waiter taps them when ordering and the bill and the kitchen ticket both show them.
Do restaurant sales show up in my books?
Yes. Every settled bill posts to Cashbook with its discount, service charge and VAT, so your day’s takings are already reconciled when you close.
Can I also take takeaway and delivery orders?
Yes. Not every order needs a table — takeaway and delivery orders run through the same kitchen tickets and the same billing, they just aren’t tied to a seat.
