The order reaches the kitchen the moment it is fired

No shouting down the pass, no paper tickets lost under a chopping board. Every round the floor sends appears on the kitchen screen in seconds, and the cooks mark it started, ready and picked up as it moves.

Comes with Point of Sale — nothing extra to buy.

On screen in seconds

Fire a round at the table and it is in the kitchen before the waiter has walked back.

Started, ready, picked up

One tap each. The floor can see what is cooking and what is waiting at the pass.

Any screen you already own

It runs in a browser — an old tablet propped on a shelf is a kitchen display.

Round by round

Starters now, mains later. Each round is its own ticket, in the order it was fired.

A ticket for every round, in the order it was fired

When the floor sends a round, the kitchen gets a ticket with that round’s dishes, its table and any note the waiter added — “no onion”, “one plate first”. The oldest sits at the top, so the screen reads the way a kitchen works: what is late is what you see first.

  • Table and round number on every ticket
  • Waiter’s note carried through
  • Oldest first, so nothing is buried
  • Refreshes on its own — no one touches the tablet

Three taps from fired to picked up

A cook marks a ticket started when it goes on, ready when it is plated, and picked up when it leaves the pass. The colour changes with it, so a glance across the kitchen tells you what is moving and what is stuck.

  • Started → Ready → Picked up
  • Colour changes with the state
  • Timestamped, so you can see how long a round took
  • Nothing is deleted — a finished ticket simply clears

No special hardware, no extra licence

The display is a web page. Open it on a tablet, an old laptop or a spare monitor in the kitchen and log in — that is the whole setup. It comes with Point of Sale, so a restaurant already running a Saauzi POS has it today.

  • Runs in any modern browser
  • Included with Point of Sale
  • One screen per branch, or several
  • Staff access is granted per role like every other page

FAQ

Common questions

Do I need a kitchen printer?

No. The display runs in a browser, so any tablet, laptop or spare monitor in the kitchen works. If you do print tickets, you can carry on doing that as well.

Does it cost extra?

No. Kitchen Display comes with Point of Sale — if you run a Saauzi POS, you already have it.

What happens if the tablet goes to sleep or loses wifi?

The screen reloads its tickets on its own when it comes back, so nothing fired while it was away is missed.

Can each branch have its own screen?

Yes. Tickets belong to the branch that fired them, so a second outlet sees only its own kitchen.

Can I stop some staff from opening it?

Yes. Kitchen Display is a page like any other in staff permissions — grant it to the roles that need it.

Does a bill split re-fire the food?

No. The food is already cooking, so splitting a bill never sends it to the kitchen again.
